CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Combine the crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
    • Fold in the whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
    • Spoon the filling into the crust.
  3. Chill the Pie:
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until it’s set.
  4. Garnish:
    • Before serving, garnish with additional whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts if desired.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Cut into slices and serve chilled.
