DEVILED EGGS


Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped cooked bacon
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives or green onions
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and set the egg whites aside.

Mash the egg yolks with a fork, then add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.

Stir in the finely chopped bacon and chives or green onions into the yolk mixture.

Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the filled eggs.

Finish by garnishing each loaded deviled egg with a pinch of paprika.

Chill the loaded deviled eggs in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
