Toaster Oven Prime Rib

3 pound Boneless Rib-eye roast
Salt
Ground black pepper
Garlic powder
melted butter

Directions:
Preheat Toaster oven to 350 degrees
Brush the entire roast with the butter.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. place a wire rack in a 9×9 pan and add the roast. Roast it until an internal meat thermometer reads 125 deg. or your desired temperature. Remove from the oven and allow it to rest 15 mins before carving.
